Come and learn the 7 fundamental movements: Squat, Hip Hinge, Push, Pull, Lunge, Rotate, and Carry in a safe, fun, and supportive environment! Who is this for? This class is aimed at beginners and people who want to see if the gym is right for them. You'll be expertly coached and encouraged in a friendly community-driven group. This class is limited to 8 people on a first-come-first-served basis. No previous experience is required.
