If you are completely new to training or returning to exercise and want to regain confidence and be coached on a personal basis, then we recommend booking in for a pt taster session with one of our coaches. On this taster session, we will discuss what you would like to achieve long term and you will go through a training session learning how to lift and will finish the session with some conditioning to see where your fitness level is currently at.

At  Em-Power Fitness are coaches are fully qualified and insured, they will motivate and guide you through the program that is personalized for you. Our highly knowledgeable coaches will get you results.

All abilities are welcome it does not matter if you are a complete beginner or a previously experienced athlete we can train you to become better at Em-power. 

We hope to inspire and empower you to build a better version of yourself and to really think about how important your future health and fitness really is and we can achieve this in just a few hours a week.
