Group training

If you enjoy training with others and find this helps to motivate you then we recommend group training. Any age or ability can partake in group training our highly skilled coaches can adapt any exercises as necessary so please do not worry if you are new to functional training.

With a maximum of four either bring a friend/s or join and partake as a team making new friends whilst training.

This is a 45 minute class where you will start with a warm up, train for 30 minutes and then be shown how to cool down. We then encourage feedback from yourselves and discuss questions you may have.
